The Management Board is composed of two or more members (Managing Directors), appointed by the Board and entrusted by the Board with powers to manage the Bank’s and all its activities as well as represent the bank in connection with such management. The Management Board is responsible for implementing the business policy and strategy set by the Board.
At present the Management Board consists of the following members:

- Sergey U. Nekrasov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
- Sergey Belousov, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board
- Pavel Bolshakov, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board
