Gazprombank Group has set up GPB International S.A., an affiliated credit institution, in the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The affiliated company’s net statutory capital is EUR 20m. It was granted a banking license on October 21, 2013.
GPB International S.A. will provide services to Gazprombank clients, both corporations and individuals, and will promote the Group’s financial and investment banking, with a special focus on EU countries and international financial markets.
