On January 8 2015, an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of GPB International S.A. approved the increase of the share capital of GPB International S.A. by EUR 10m, from EUR 20m to EUR 30m; the newly issued shares were subscribed by the sole shareholder Gazprombank (Joint Stock Company).
